What cookies we use and how to control them
Last updated: May 2026
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help websites function correctly and remember information about your visit. Some cookies are essential for the site to work; others are optional.
Cambium Therapies uses a minimal number of cookies. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not build profiles about your browsing behaviour.
| Cookie / Storage | Purpose | Type | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Supabase session (localStorage) | Keeps you signed in to the practice management system. Only present if you have an authorised account. | Essential | Session / 1 hour |
| cambium_window_open (sessionStorage) | Security flag that clears when your browser window closes, requiring re-authentication on next visit. | Essential | Until window is closed |
| cambium_last_activity (localStorage) | Records the time of your last interaction to enforce a 2-hour inactivity timeout for security. | Essential | 2 hours |
| Google Fonts | Fonts used to display this website are loaded from Google's servers. Google may set cookies or log your IP address as part of this service. | Functional | Up to 1 year |
When you visit our public website (homepage, therapeutic tools, contract form), no cookies are set by us directly. Google Fonts may log your IP address when loading fonts — this is outside our control. You can avoid this by using a browser with privacy mode enabled.
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. The links below explain how to do this in common browsers:
Please note that deleting essential cookies may affect the functionality of the practice management system.
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated date.
